Ms. Berryman Agard is an organizational development consultant who is President of Hyperion Associates in Madison, WI. She has provided policy analysis, research, strategic planning, management auditing and consultation, program design, cultural planning, community consensus building, and structured group process facilitation. Her clients include government agencies, nonprofit organizations, foundations, businesses, and educational institutions working in the arts, human development, social justice, environmental and food security arenas. Her history of community involvement includes community organizing and volunteer work in the public schools, political campaigns, environmental organizations, arts organizations, childcare programs, food programs, and neighborhood organizations.

ABOUT THE COMMONWEAL INSTITUTE

The Commonweal Institute is a 501(c)(3) multi-issue advocacy and marketing/communications organization that will use modern marketing strategies to promote progressive values to the public. The Commonweal Institute will use modern marketing methods to engage audiences emotionally and intellectually, speaking to their values, needs and concerns.

The Commonweal Institute has conducted research on the conservative infrastructure, its methods and strategies , and how it is affecting American institutions such as public schools, the civil justice system, and the philanthropic community. It has also started educational programs about these and other progressive issues, and provides strategic advice to progressive organizations.
